Getting here and parking
We’re on the east side of Linden Street, between the library and Brick Street Brewing: look for the yellow stamp in the window and the queue on Saturday mornings.
- Street parking on Linden Street is free for two hours. On Saturdays before 9:00 it fills up fast.
- The library lot on Mill Road is free all day and two minutes’ walk away. Cut through the alley by the bike rack.
- By bike: there’s a rack for eight bikes right outside, and the Hollis River path comes out at the end of the street.
- By bus: the Route 4 bus stops at Linden & Main, a block south.
The entrance is step-free and the door is wide enough for a stroller or wheelchair. There’s one table inside and two benches out front, so most people take their coffee and croissant for a walk.
When to come
If you want a particular loaf or pastry, early is better. Croissants and pain au chocolat come out at 7:00 and on Saturdays they’re usually gone by 11. Baguettes come out at 10:30, with a second batch at 12:30. After 3:00 on a weekday the bread shelf is thinner, but the cookies are often still warm.
Can’t make it before we sell out? Call the day before and we’ll put a loaf or a box of pastries aside with your name on it. Pay when you pick up.
